Perigon’s Project Managers are responsible for the overall coordination of the engineering project team. Our Project Managers serve as the main interface with the Client while coordinating the technical and commercial details to achieve the client’s goals and objectives. Our Project Managers provide the Detailed Project Execution which includes scope, budget and schedule management, change control, issue of documents, and inter-discipline coordination including management of construction RFI’s and submittals.
