Project Desciption

Perigon provided all engineering and design for this 91,500 sf manufacturing and distribution facility built to consolidate processes from several other plant sites.  Perigon prepared all specifications for new equipment, P&ID’s, Piping, Civil. Structural, HVAC, and Electrical design.  Civil design for the project encompassed 13  acres of greenfield property requiring new entrance roads, storm water management and a major stream crossing.  The buildings incorporated a three-hour fire rating between occupancies, employee locker rooms, lunch canteen, and management offices.  The project met a 6-½ month design completion target within budget.
